Escape Landscapes exhibition at FER Gallery

University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing
Unska 3, Zagreb, Croatia
November 19 - December 17, 2025
"Art and technology are often seen as two separate worlds, but in my work I understand them as two ways of exploring the same reality. Both require curiosity, precision, and a willingness to step into the unknown. In my photographs, technology is only the starting point. The camera is a tool for recording motifs that I create from water, pigments, and other materials in a small glass bowl. I observe fleeting reactions, structures that emerge and disappear, and light passing through the liquid medium. These temporary forms become imaginary landscapes, spaces of emotion, introspection, and inner experience. I am especially pleased that this exhibition is taking place at FER—the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, an institution associated with progress and innovation. A gallery within a technological and scientific environment conveys an important message: art is not a luxury, but a fundamental human need. It encourages us to slow down, observe, question, and remain connected to what is deeply human. This exhibition is my small contribution to the dialogue between art, science, and technology within our academic community "
